encouraged! Additional office hours are also usually the one hour period
after lecture (MWF 10-11), subject to availability.
Course Description: Lecture, three hours; discussion, laboratory, one hour.
Requisite: course 200A. Further studies in multiple linear regression,
including applied multiple regression models, regression diagnostics &
model assessment, factorial and repeated measure analysis of variance models,
nonlinear regression, logistic regression, propensity scores, Poisson
regression. imputation and classification trees (time permitting). The course
emphasizes applications to biomedical and public heath scientific problems.
